Warranty

Parts sold by IBOAUTO are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery.

What's covered

• Cracked or failed welds.
• Flanges or fittings that don't match the listed fitment out of the box.
• Defective couplers, clamps or hardware supplied with the part.

What's not covered

• Damage from improper installation, accidents, abuse or modification.
• Heat discoloration of stainless steel and normal wear.
• Labour, towing, rentals or other costs to remove or install a part.
• Check engine lights, failed inspections or emissions tests, fines or other consequences of installing an off-road / competition use only part.
• Parts bought from anyone other than IBOAUTO.

Making a claim

Send your order number, photos of the problem and a short description through the contact page. If the claim is approved we'll replace the part, or refund it if a replacement isn't available.
