These terms apply to every purchase from iboautomotive.com (“IBOAUTO”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products and fitment

We describe fitment, specs and contents as accurately as we can. Photos may show a similar part or a different finish. You're responsible for confirming a part fits your vehicle before installing it; we're happy to check fitment against your VIN before you order.

2. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in your local currency (Canadian or US dollars) and don't include shipping or taxes, which are shown at checkout. Parts ship from overseas, so duties, brokerage or import taxes may be charged on delivery; see our shipping policy. If a price or description is wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We may refuse or cancel any order.

3. Off-road / competition use only parts

Some parts, including catless downpipes, are sold for off-road and competition use only. They are not legal for use on vehicles registered, licensed or driven on public roads. By buying one you confirm that it will be installed only on a vehicle used exclusively off-road or in competition, that you have checked the laws that apply to you, and that you accept responsibility for any fines, penalties, failed inspections, loss of vehicle warranty or other consequences of installing it. We may cancel any order if we believe a part will be used on a road vehicle. Full details: off-road use policy.

4. Emissions and vehicle warranty

Performance parts can affect emissions, inspection results, check engine lights and your vehicle manufacturer's warranty. Our catted high-flow downpipes are not EPA or CARB certified. Check your local rules before you install.

5. Installation

We recommend professional installation. We're not responsible for damage, injury or loss caused by improper installation or by using a part for anything other than what it was sold for.

6. Shipping, returns and warranty

Our shipping, returns and warranty policies form part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost time, towing, rentals or lost income.

8. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, fines or costs brought against us that result from how you install or use a part, including use of an off-road / competition use only part on a road vehicle.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
