Shipping policy

Every order ships with tracking directly from our suppliers' overseas warehouses.

Processing time

Most orders leave the warehouse within 2–5 business days. If a part is back-ordered we'll email you before anything ships, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 2–6 weeks from the time your order ships, including customs. Large or heavy parts, like front-mount intakes, can take up to 7 weeks. Your tracking number shows the estimated delivery date once the order ships.

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship to Canada and the United States.

Duties

Because parts ship from overseas, the carrier may collect duties, brokerage or import taxes on delivery. These aren't included in our prices and are paid by the buyer. Refused packages can't be refunded for the shipping or duty costs.

Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed as soon as it's available. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the label is created.

Damaged in transit

Take photos of the box and the part before you install anything and reach out through the contact page within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you.
