The factory plastic charge pipe on the Gen 1 B58 is a known weak point and can crack once boost goes up. This kit replaces it with aluminum pipes that hold boost, handle heat and keep their shape, so you aren't chasing boost leaks after a tune. Fits the 340i, 440i, M240i, 540i and other Gen 1 B58 cars listed under fitment.
